Shipping and FAQs

What are the shipping costs?

Within the UK the shipping cost is £2.95 per order and is sent by Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class post.  

For Europe the shipping cost is £9.95 per order and is sent by Royal Mail International Tracked. Additional customs charges may apply and will be the responsibility of the recipient. 

For the rest of the world the shipping cost is £14.95 per order and is sent by Royal Mail International Tracked. Additional customs charges may apply and will be the responsibility of the recipient. 

When will I receive my prints?

All prints are made to order and will be dispatched within 3-5 working days. 

Can I return my order?

All prints are made to order, so we can only refund items in the unfortunate event that they arrive damaged. Please contact info@leprint.co.uk within 7 days of receiving the print(s). Once we receive the returned print(s), we can process the refund. Please note that we do not pay returns postage. 

 

What ink and paper do you use?

All prints are produced in-house on a large format inkjet printer. High quality pigment based inks are paired with heavyweight matt art paper to produce a high quality art print. 

What sizes do you offer?

We offer A4, A3 and A2.

Do you provide a framing service?

We don't, but frames to fit our prints are sold at lots of places like Habitat, best4frames, Ikea and John Lewis.
